RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note that due to the COVID-19, we have implemented the following return and exchange policy. As part of our COVID-19 response, we are not NOT accepting returns on items.
- If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 business days, you will no longer have the ability to return the defected item. You must send a photo of the defected item along with all the details of your order to email@example.com before sending the item back to us.
